Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Credit Through the company: We offer a credit application for In House credit. The application will have to be filled out and ran through our credit department and approved before a rental can occur.

Insurance: We will need an updated Certificate of Insurance (COI) having ACS as the certificate holder before releasing any equipment.

Damages: Your company and/or your customer will be responsible for the repair of all damages to each unit and any missing parts that are on the unit. We strive hard to keep each unit in good working order with a nice appearance, so that the unit will have a high resale value.
