Packages will be ready for shipping within given estimated dates on listing after customer approves final drawings, provided any long delivery items are released with your order. Delivery dependent on the current shop load. This schedule must be confirmed at time of award of contract.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All equipment fabricated by NRG Process Solutions will be guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for eighteen (18) months from completion or twelve (12) months from commissioning, whichever is less.
In order to maintain warranty, NRG Process Solutions must be notified immediately in the event of operational problems.
One (1) Digital Copy of operating manual, information is included with the given price.
The supplied RFQ specification has been adhered to as closely as possible in preparing this quotation. However, in the case of a discrepancy between the RFQ and this quotation, this quotation will govern as to what NRG Process Solutions is providing. NRG Process Solutions is not supplying anything not specifically stated in the quotation.
No provision has been made to move the unit from the work area. Charges may apply if package is not removed at time of completion.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing a “lot” size for the purposes of piping non-destructive examination shall be considered the complete job.
Acceptance of the Buyer’s order is expressly conditional upon the Buyers acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale. Any additional or different terms proposed by the purchaser are not acceptable unless expressly agreed to in writing by NRG and must be identified as exceptions to these terms. In the event of a dispute relating to the terms and conditions of sale then these listed in this quote will take precedent over any other documents. If customer specifications have been supplied, then it should be noted that we have followed them as a guide, and we are only supplying what is listed in this quote. In the event of an extended construction process any items that have not been purchased within 30 days of the time of order due to situations beyond the control of NRG are subject to have any cost increases from third party suppliers passed on to the purchaser.
NRG does not manufacture itself and so does not guarantee goods for any purpose or offer any warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is passed on to the purchaser and NRG will work with the purchaser to enforce that warranty. In the event of a warranty claim NRG must notified prior to making any repairs so that the suppliers can be given the opportunity to replace or repair faulty products. Buyer must not be in default in order to make a warranty claim.
The purchaser agrees to hold NRG harmless in the event of any liability or warranty claim and the purchasers exclusive remedy to any cause of actions (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise) arising out of the sale of any products is expressly limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.
By issuing written acceptance of this quote by a purchase order or other correspondence referring to this quotation, the signee warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement and further agree to the terms and specifications of this quote.
Title to equipment quoted here does not pass to the purchaser and remains with the seller (NRG) until payment has been made in full. The purchaser is responsible to carry insurance on the equipment while in their possession. Possession of the equipment transfers when loading equipment is attached to the unit. It is recommended that all equipment be inspected by the buyer prior to this point to ensure that everything is as per quoted specifications and that the unit will meet buyer’s requirements. By taking possession, the buyer has then accepted the unit as it is.
Buyer agrees to keep NRG designs confidential. All Seller issue drawings , blueprints, designs and specifications including those described in the Seller proposal or prepared by the Seller, as required for the completion of the equipment, or for repair/replacement pursuant to the warranty provisions set forth herein, shall be retained by the Buyer and information therefore shall be considered as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written approval of NRG and may only be used by the Buyer for the purposes of installation, operation, training, maintenance, repair or rebuilding of this unit. Should the Buyer copy or cause to have the copied any of NRG designs supplied to the Buyer then the Buyer agrees to pay the costs to remove the copied equipment from service and have it destroyed plus be liable for damages and legal costs to enforce this agreement in the manner as listed below.
The purchaser is in default after 15 days beyond due date. Interest is due on any and all outstanding balances at a rate of 2% per month. This balance includes but is not limited to original amount, any documented modifications, any unpaid penalties, any interest or any legal costs. In the event legal action is required to collect on this agreement the purchaser agrees to reimburse NRG any and all legal costs associated with collecting payment of the funds in this agreement. These costs will be evidenced by invoiced amounts from solicitors.
Orders accepted by NRG are not subject to cancellation by purchaser except with the written consent of NRG. The standard restock charge will be 25% and may be more depending situation.
Permits, loading, cargo insurance and transport shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Unless advance loading arrangements have been determined and authorized by NRG, transport trucks shall be equipped to load equipment without assistance as no provision for loading has been included in quotation pricing. Loading will be booked at least 24hrs in advance by the purchaser. After hours loading, if possible, may result in an overtime charge to purchaser.
