Dugal​,​ Jr. With Ray’s 40 years of product knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry​,​ R4 Specialties​,​ Inc. quickly expanded to provide specialty items for onshore​,​ offshore​,​ and international projects. R4 Specialties makes it easy for our customers to find the diverse specialty equipment they may need​,​ serving as a one stop shop for all oil and gas specialty items. R4 Specialties​,​ Inc. is now the Houston area representative for Gator Valve out of Broussard​,​ LA.
