Managed 1-year project to upgrade 60 mile 16” crude oil pipeline in West Texas for in-line inspection and repairs. Modified valve risers and pig traps for tool runs. Managed verification digs and associated repairs. Organized 24 hour shutdown of crude oil terminal to allow for full pipeline purge and cutout/replacement of damaged section underground.
