Integrated RVP measurement devices with six existing crude oil inlet LACTs at DOT pipeline terminal. Project was designed to protect large capacity floating roof oil tanks from high-RVP oil coming in from separate producers. Project involved modifying LACT piping and skid arrangement to include RVP analyzer, tubing, and controls. Tied new devices into Operations Control Center remote management system. Worked with vendor drawings, P&IDs, facility plot plan, and electrical drawings to organize partial facility shut down to install new equipment.
