Watch as the 9 Ton Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tool aligns a 20" Class 600 flange with precision and ease. The hook is inserted into the bolt hole (Locate the bolt hole with the greatest mis-alignment), stand the up in a 90 degree angle, and extend the wing to position on the connecting pipe. Once the tool is set up properly it reacts off of one pipe to align both flanges. Fixes both rotational and lateral mis-alignments.
