Isolate, blow down, demo, and re-build an existing 10" turbine meter station with a new 10" ultrasonic meter station including all new station piping, 30" stopple, 12" stopple, bypass piping with temporary measurement, meter run with bypass, civil work, dirt work, and fencing.
