Cushing Oil Terminal Vegetation Management Ortho Mapping

This project involved a precise drone job covering a 60-acre oil terminal property to assist with vegetation management. Utilizing advanced drone technology, we captured high-resolution aerial imagery to create an orthomosaic map for our client. This comprehensive map provides a detailed view of the current state of vegetation, allowing for efficient monitoring of the progress over time.

The first image illustrates the expansive scale of the project, showcasing the full 60-acre landscape. The diverse terrain necessitated meticulous flight planning to ensure complete coverage and high-quality data collection.

The second image offers a closer look at the intricacies of the area, including various surface features and vegetation density. This level of detail is crucial for our client's need to observe and manage vegetation growth accurately.

The third image is a demonstration of our capability to provide tailored outputs for specific client requirements. Whether it's for detailed analysis or broader overviews, our deliverables are customized to suit project needs.

Project Outcome

The generated orthomosaic map has been an invaluable asset for our client, offering a bird's eye view of the property with unprecedented clarity. This has significantly improved the client's ability to make informed decisions regarding vegetation management practices.
