The Flash Zone

What separates us from the competition is that we have the only patented tool that works in the "Flash Zone". The Freedom Tool is able to take pressure measurements in the flash zone as well as remove the emissions as soon as they occur in the "Flash Zone" in the tank. This enables us total carbon capture, even the heavy gasses that a roof pull or a vapor tower misses. This increases the total volume of gas removed and increases your gas BTU richness.

Detect & Extinguish Tank Fires

This same patented technology, because of where it sits in the "Flash Zone"of the tank, can extinguish tank fires in a matter of seconds. This can be done automatically and unmanned. We install an infrared camera to look at tanks for fire. If lightning, static, mechanical or terrorist act, starts a fire the camera will detect this, and we have self-stored fire foam on site. The fire foam is released in the tank covering the surface area rapidly. The foam enters the tank internally and is placed in the exact correct spot a few inches above the oil, extinguishing the fire.

Solve RVP Issues

The Patented Xtreme Tank Tool solves RVP (Reid Vapor Pressure) issues. The XTT captures the full spectrum of gasses from the heaviest to the lightest that traditional roof/vapor tower collection do not collect. By capturing all the gasses a few inches above the oil level, and taking them out of the tank, we are lowering the RVP. By handling your carbon capture in the "Flash Zone", you are able to accomplish complete carbon capture.

Keep Oil Clean for Hot Oil Programs

The XTT tool also carries a liquid line on it that can be used for selling "bad oil". The sales lines on tanks are 10'' from tank bottoms. When producers have an emulsion and the oil is below 99% pure oil they cannot sale the oil. The emulsion will be 2' to 5' in depth on a tank bottom. If the tank is 16' tall and full, the producer must shut in wells. With our XTT tool installed inside tanks the producer can take liquid draw from the 16' level and pump the good oil out of the tank, leaving production space to not shut in wells. The producer can now run chemical into XTT and let it release on the top level of the "bad oil". The chemical will now fall through the oil knocking out the BS&W from the oil. This saves the producer from shutting in production and helps move good oil out of the way to treat only "bad oil".

Enhance Carbon Capture

The Patented XTT Tank Tool collects vapor in the flash zone where the natural distillation process occurs. The XTT tool is able to capture the complete spectrum of gasses, from the heaviest to lightest gas. Our pressure transmitter is reading in the "flash zone", the most volatile area in the tank. Compared to those that pull from the roof of a tank, or the top of a vapor tower where heavy gasses never reach, we are different! We have TOTAL carbon capture. The XTT Tool has had gains of 18% volume of gas pumped off the tank and increase in BTu richness of gas.

Change a Tank Atmosphere from Flammable to Inert

The Xtreme Tank Technology tool is also capable of changing the tanks total atmosphere from flammable to inert. We can release nitrogen from the tool in the flash zone a few inches above the oil and purge the tank changing the atmosphere of the tank. This can be used for maintenance on tanks or for approaching storms.

The original design and patent was filed in 1990 before the term "Volatile Organic Compounds" or "Greenhouse Gas" terms were commonly used. This tool was originally created for only one function but since it works in the "flash zone" it has evolved into a multi-functional tool.
