Fabricate and tie in a new 30" 600# ESD valve setting with below grade tie ins to existing station piping 30"x1.000WT. Work included all fabrication, bolt-up, hydro-static testing, crane work, pneumatic cold cutting, tie ins, coating, padding, backfill, concrete and paint. All work completed inside an existing live facility, on schedule, and with zero safety incidents.
